I work with people navigating stress, life transitions, or the feeling that they’ve lost themselves somewhere along the way. Whether you're trying to find your voice, rebuild confidence, or simply feel more like you again, we’ll work together to reconnect you with your sense of self and direction.

Therapy with me is real and collaborative. I believe deeply in your capacity to grow and heal—even if that feels out of reach right now. I offer a space where you can be honest, feel supported, and even laugh a little along the way. I’ll hold the hard stuff with you while helping you rediscover your strengths and make meaningful, lasting change.
