The Right Fit
At Conscious Connections Counseling, we take pride in being a dedicated team of counselors committed to delivering exceptional mental health care. Our primary goal is to support our clients through counseling sessions and, when necessary, connect them with appropriate referrals. We firmly believe that establishing a genuine connection with your counselor plays a pivotal role in the therapeutic journey.
If, for any reason, you don't feel that connection with your CCC counselor, we are more than happy to provide you with referrals to other professionals who may be better suited to meet your specific needs. Your well-being is of utmost importance to us, and we want nothing more than for you to find a counselor who resonates with you, ensuring that you receive the highest quality of care you deserve.

Do you ever feel like you’ve lost your voice—or maybe never quite found it in the first place?
Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, stuck in self-doubt, or just feeling disconnected from who you are, therapy can help you reconnect to your inner voice and move forward with more clarity and confidence. I work with people who are motivated to make changes but aren’t quite sure where to start. If you’re ready to do the work—and can appreciate a little humor along the way—you’ll fit right in.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Sex Therapist who helps clients untangle stress, rebuild self-trust, and get back in touch with what matters. My sessions are collaborative and client-led, but I’ll help you build a roadmap and ask the kinds of questions that spark insight and growth. I believe you already have the answers inside you. My job is to help you hear them more clearly.
My style is affirming, down-to-earth, and warm, with a good dose of real talk. I’m sex-positive and LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I welcome all parts of you into the therapy space. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just need to be ready to begin.
Outside of the therapy room, you can find me exploring estate sales, crocheting, seeing live music, or spending time with family and friends. What makes me smile the most? Watching my three boys enjoy life and grow into awesome people.
As a therapist, I strive to create a space where every client—whether a child, teen, or adult—feels seen, heard, and supported. My style is compassionate and down-to-earth, and I work hard to build a warm, welcoming environment where you (or your child) can feel safe to express thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you're not alone. I meet each client where they are and walk beside them through the process with empathy, care, and encouragement. Whether you're navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, family stress, or school challenges, I’m here to help.
I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, Strength-Based approaches, and Family Systems work. This allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs, helping build self-awareness, resilience, and practical tools for managing life’s ups and downs.
No two people are the same, which is why I believe in a personalized, collaborative approach to healing. Together, we’ll create a trusting relationship that encourages exploration, growth, and emotional well-being—for kids, teens, and adults alike.

CMHC INTERN
Life can sometimes feel like a routine on repeat—each day blending into the next, leaving you feeling stuck or unmotivated. If you’ve ever wondered whether things will get better, you’re not alone. Many people experience these feelings, but your journey is unique, and it deserves to be heard.
As a clinical intern, I provide a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. In our sessions, we’ll have both meaningful conversations and moments of reflection to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself. My goal is to help you build resilience, rediscover what brings you joy, and develop new ways to navigate life’s challenges.
Therapy is not about having all the answers—it’s about creating a space where you can process openly and start seeing things from a fresh perspective. Whether you’re looking for ways to break out of a rut, manage stress, or simply reconnect with yourself, I’m here to support you in finding what works best for you.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone. If you’re ready to start exploring what a more fulfilling life could look like, I’d love to work with you.
